On Monday, August 21, families who participated in e-Learning days at Mahtomedi Public Schools during the 2022-23 school year received an email invitation from Survey Monkey (our online survey provider) to complete a family survey about e-Learning.
This data will be used to inform our e-Learning practices for the 2023-24 school year.
Please note that this survey is intended for the recipient of the email invitation from Mahtomedi Public Schools. If you do not receive a survey link, please check your Spam folder in your email and then contact kyle.flaherty@isd832.net Each parent or guardian will receive a unique survey link for each of their children. This is not an anonymous survey.
If you have more than one child at each school building and you would like to complete more than one survey, please email kyle.flaherty@isd832.net to request an additional survey.
Please note that the survey will close at 5 pm on Monday, August 28.
